Priorities,

01- You have to focus in yourself, I know that you Love your friends but they have their life, and you have to go on in your own life.

02- Be patient, some times this it’s a little hard. You have to pay attention around your self, some times there is something happening around you and you don’t notice.

03- TAKE RISKS! You have to take risk in your life Fred, if you don’t try, you wont know what will happen. How you can regret yourself if you won’t try?

04- Live your life! Don’t worry what the people say, you are special, and you are really smart! You have to put one thing in your head, you was BORN THIS WAY, and the people around you, have to like you, the way you are, cuz, You pay your bills, you are a free adult and You can make your own decisions.

05- Forget the past! Who lives in the past it’s museo, you have to put in your priorities that you look for good things, and if you want to look to the past, look just the good memories, videos and pictures. Don’t hurt yourself with silly things. Lift your head, and goes on.

06- There is a lot of kind of friends Fred, and you learned this. You can’t need to do all things for them. There is friend, that understands what you do for them, and they keep really grateful, how, there is friend that you do a lot of things for it, and they don’t care it… this is sad! Learn that, you have to make just the necessary, and take care with your life.

07- “Don’t cry for the spilled milk!” We can’t have all the things, so take easy, take a breath and move on. I know You didn’t wanted that somethings happen, but You can’t control the people around you … You can’t.
08- Keep you mouth closed. I know that you love to speak a lot, but try to say just the necessary. Sometimes you say things that can hurt, or hurt yourself. Don’t be a bad person all the time (“smiles”) I know you have a good heart, and you are a good person, so keep this way.

09- Think more in yourself, forget the others, sometimes it’s pleasure to say about the others, you know very well this. But you already thought, if you were that person? STOP WITH GOSSIPS, this is dirty (Although, sometimes it’s good 66’).

10- Always believe in God, cuz just him can help you in sad times, DON’T FORGET HIM AND HE NEVER FORGETS YOU!
